Location

Room was not clean, cockroaches and bugs were everywhere inside fridge also. I booked for 6 person but got 4 water bottles.

The owner is super welcoming, and willing to help with any issues or problems, lots of information on Ha Long with tours available to be booked at the Hotel for good prices. Can't recommend it enough, such a lovely place.

"smell like smoke and lots of cockroach. terrible! desgusting!!"

i booked 2 rooms (for 2 and 3 people) the recepcionist told me one of the rooms wasnt avaiable yet and we need to wait (it was 3pm) staff dosnt speak english. smell like smoke and lots of cockroach. terrible! desgusting!!

"Nice place for a good price in low season."

Good location. The rooms had air conditioning, hot water and a small refrigerator. It was quiet at night.

Wifi was quite weak and slow.

The room was nice and spacious for the price.

The place is a little bit dodgy because it's in the middle of the "ghost city" in Ha Long. The map gets you to a hostel that looks barely open and the reception was done in another hotel just 100m away from this one. The guy at reception didn't even say hello and he wasn't very friendly, he just wanted us to pay. Don't get fooled by the prices in the area, it feels like being in the Truman's Show
