De Charm Hạ Long Hotel

The owner was great. sorted cruise out for us and was contactable at all times.

This hotel is low budget. Room was clean and fine. No water provide which is also OK for price. Felt like our bed sheets Where previously slept in. Advice . up the price, lick of paint and sort bed linen out. Also to make more money provide food for people and exchange money. Not for us but understand if your budget is minimal .

Near the beach, hotel staff very helpful

For some reason everything around that hotel in that location was close, couldn’t even get food deliver there so very limited in food options unless you walk 20-30 minutes one way to go eat somewhere

We actually stayed in Tung Luxury which is 100metres down the road at they are apparently the same group. Tung Luxury is good for the price, clean and beds are comfortable.

Finding hotel “De Charm” at 4am closed was stressful. Our room had an air conditioning unit but no controls.

the price i paid, maybe was off season but it was really cheap.

no breakfast offered, location is really bad, nothing around you have to drive for a cup of coffee or to eat.

Organised the halong bay cruise and the people who did speak English were nice

Huge organised mafia. They charged us 800-950k for the cruise while the price on the ticket was 290k. The room was extremely dirty (black spots on the bed, HAIR), honestly disgusting. Staff mostly doesn’t speak English and it’s hard to communicate. Horrible stay, would not recommend
