The room was basic, comfortable and clean. Just what you need when travelling to town for work.

I ordered room service of food and a couple drinks. Food came within 10 mins, but still no sign of drinks 30 minutes later. I called the hotel and the person I spoke to was rude and dismissive yet I insisted they check that the bar were in fact, "Still Making my 2 glasses of wine". Eventually they determined the bar 'ticket' had not printed and said they would be up with the drinks soon. 5 mins later someone delivered the drinks with the comment "I was on my break". I was hoping that the shocking service I had months ago on my last visit had been a one off, but it seems this is the norm here. There won't be a third time.

Very clean, great size, one of the best pub rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Will be vack

All the drains were clogged, except the toilet. The entire room needs a better dusting.
