Only 1 bath towel in bathroom for 2 people

It was in a good location being part of a hotel.

The room smelt of cigarettes.( Even though it was sold as a non smoking room) Requested a room change, I was told non were available however I could’ve booked one for the night online. Manager checked the room and said she had opened the windows to air and sprayed a scent. It did little to get rid of the smell as the blanket on the bed and the pillows were ingrained with the smell. Unfortunately after 7 hrs of driving I was too polite to argue. We must’ve had the only room in the hotel that had not had its bathroom or room renovated since the 1970’s. Our bathroom was absolutely nothing like the advertised photos on bookings.com. Also non working smoke detector.
