That sounds absolutely awful, and no family should ever be put in that situation — especially when travelling with children. Walking into a property that hasn’t even had the toilet cleaned is a complete breach of basic hygiene, safety, and duty of care. Your frustration is completely justified

I found the male staff when we asked questions was rude and kids were running up and down the corridors well after 9.30 pm nothing was done
