"Just what we wanted, where we wanted, how we wanted."

Loved the so big bed. Liked the quiet, non-disturbing time we had. Glad for the jug & coffee facilities. Awesome shower, water was great pressure & plenty of hot water.

Nothing came to mind.

"It served a purpose as it was close to the festival we were going too."

The beds were comfortable and the room warm. Bathroom was clean.

It's above a tavern and garden bar that doesn't stop until 1am. It was incredibly busy both nights and very loud.

"Don’t miss this gem of a property"

Highly recommended. Very quiet even with live music and the rugby in the bar. extended our stay to three nights bc we were so comfortable. Meals are recommended and the staff treat you like a guest in their own home. Massive thank you Brooke and Noah ❤️

Loved the Hotel, Better than staying at my Mothers, It's a Better beer at the Grouse lol, Was there for 8 days, I had a car, but left in on the hotel carpark most of the time, Bus stop out side the hotel door, $4 into Christchurch Transit centre, From there you can get to anywhere.
