Location, helpful staff, extremely good value for money and the pub downstairs is handy for drinks and food. Although located on a busy junction with shops, the place is very well sound proofed.

The curtains were faded/old and the wall paper was ripped off in one place. Small things that didn’t affect the comfort overall and are easy to fix.

Convenient location for a nearby event. Although above a pub there was very little noise disturbance in the room.

Check in was at the busy downstairs bar. I arrived on a Friday night so it was quite busy and a bit overwhelming after a long drive. But not a major.
