Fridge was noisey so turned it off... maybe a small microwave

Location was withing walking distance of the Lincoln Events Centre. Staff (Joshua) was fantastic on arrival. Very quite for a pub, had everything I needed. Excellent value for money

Plenty of car parks, staff very friendly, suited my purpose perfectly.

Rooms were great

I didn't like I had to run up stairs x3 to get my key to work on outside of door. I stated I wasn't doing it anymore. They were getting ready to open up. The key still didn't work. The loud band playing two nights in a row to midnight.

Location - the events centre for the marathon was just down the road. The meals were conveniently downstairs.

It has maintained the charm of an old pub but with modern, comfortable facilities.

It's minor, but if had to pick on anything breakfast wasn't till 10.00 which was a bit late given I had a meeting at 10.30. There are other options in the village and I was offered coffee.

Location and Staff were fantastic.

Both single beds using a King sheet folded in half, just doesn’t work.
