Nice hotel, rooms are comfortable appointed

My room, no.6, large family room, very nice but the window is broken, it wouldn't and didn't close, on my first night it was very cold,

The bedding and towels were clean.

The room was tired and dirty. There were stains on the carpet and walls. The shower had mould in it and the ceiling was falling in. The bed was very uncomfortable as a double.

Rooms need a bit of a tidy/repaint

Evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. Room could do with a few more power sockets and the bathroom was a little on the small size and hand wash dispenser was broken.
