Good Sri Lankan and western breakfast, <10min walk to the beach, nice garden space, good a/c, easy to find from bus stop

Bed very creaky, could have more plug sockets

Loved the hosts, always helpful and trying to accommodate our needs. Clean, basic facilities and the location is great, close to everything. Plus a lovely garden to chill (beware of insects)

The towels and bed linen could be cleaned better.

Very central place close to the beach, hosts were super friendly and great hot shower was always a plus, breakfast was hearty and filling to set us up for the day, beautiful balcony to relax on, thank you for the warm welcome to the hosts :)

Cost-effectiveness. Location - not too distant from the beach and from main road as well, though it's not noisy and you can sleep in the night. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful host organized us transportation and gave good advice on local activities.

One of two rooms was not very clean. Bathroom facilities are old and leaking.

The lady who runs the resort was very welcoming, breakfast was excellent, just 200m from the mirissa bus stop and close to the beach as well, room was very good, everything mentioned was there in the room

Convenient location, good & well maintained rooms. The owner is very friendly & always ready to help you out. Will definitely stay next time, too.

Great location, close to beach! Very affordable, no frills kind of place, breakfast was okay (not as incredible as other places we stayed in Sri Lanka) but decent overall

Really nice stay here, lovely room with a balcony, clean although dated furniture. Perfect location, close to everywhere walking distance, and had the most delicious breakfasts. We missed breakfast time both days due to tours and the host prepared and left outside our room for us. They were so kind and gave us a flexible checkout.
