Well located boutique hotel with a lovely caring and accommodating staff - really appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out and providing breakfast later in the morning!

Lovely hotel in Mirissa! The room was very clean and comfortable, with a big balcony. The shower pressure was the best we’ve had during our trip. The host is a very nice lady and made us feel very welcome. It was a good location close to the beach and restaurants, bars etc. The breakfast was very tasty. Highly recommend!

Room number 106 with terrace. Equipment okay, fridge, air conditioning, step fan a little noisy, kettle, table, wardrobe with mirror. Bathroom average, but okay. Close to the city, beach and bus stop. Off the main road. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff okay, basic communication. Room clean, nice.

There is a new hotel being built behind the accommodation, so there was some noise. It was quiet at night. Next to room 106 there was a room with a broken door, which was very noisy when someone opened it - it creaked very loudly.

This was probably the best place to stay in the entire Srí Lanka. The room was quite big with a balcony and stunning sunset views and garden. I really appreciate multiple sockets as in some other places I have encountered only one socket, which was really bad to charge multiple electronic devices. The location is perfect, it's close to the beach and town center. The hospitality of the owner was amazing. She brought me 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. I will miss those breakfasts so much. I recommend staying in this place so bad that I wish to come back.

Everything was perfect! 😍

Great location with walking distance to the beach and main road in town. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need. There is also a fridge. If you want you can also take a hot shower. The A/C is working well and there is fan also if you dont want A/C during the night. Breakfast is just great! We loved it. We extended the stay for two more nights during our stay without any problem. The host family is verly lovely and take care of you. They help with restaurant and where to go suggestions. We would book here agsin! Thank you so much for everything!
