Room was good, double aspect was refreshing, bathroom compact but clean

Up a big flight of stairs so for anyone with mobility issues it's a nono. No toiletries Bar on top floor up 3 flights closed, nothing up there Pool was a small plunge pool enough for about 2/3 people water was dirty "Restaurant" menu poor very limited choice Ceiling fan really noisy Seen this hotel many times, booked once but had to cancel so was really looking forward to staying there, but oh no it was a letdown. Only saving grace was only booked for 2 nights not my normal 5/6 nights in negumbo. We live in colombo so like to get away 4/5 times a year

The staff is friendly and helpful. Good aircon and wifi and beds.

When we arrived the small swimming tub was empty, there was also no relax possibility next to it, the roof terrace was empty dirty, old material bird shit not repainted = rusty Wrong location on Booking that let us walk for 1+ km and so also further away from the center. The english breakfast was minimum and always same. A omelet and 2 sausages and toast. The beach behind is dirty and not touristically.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very secure hotel. We had the best room, with the pool straight outside and a sea view.

Die Lage war gut. 3 Minuten zum schönen Teil des Strandes

Die Zimmer schauen absolut nicht so aus wie auf booking. Keine Ahnung, woher dieses Hotel gute Bewertungen hat. Die Zimmer sind alt, grauslich, abgewohnt. Wir hatten kein Wasser und man hat uns erst nach langer Diskussion in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht. Das war hingegen richtig schön, neu und modern, aber mit nicht so guter Lage. Der Empfang war unfreundlich, desinteressiert und gleichgültig. Die Koffer mussten wir die 500m zum neuen Hotel auch selbst schleppen. Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen und es schaut in Wirklichkeit furchtbar aus.
