The staff were lovely and accomadated our bikes without question. Breakfast was delicious and the room very comfortable. it was the perfect central location within Peebles.

Central in town. Managed to park outside late afternoon. The food is excellent and the staff very friendly. No hesitation in recommending.

Next time I'd.ask for a room at the back, it was a Friday night, so understandably noisy on the street. My mistake I didn't think about that.
