Staff were amazing very helpful. Great location, great breakfast great value for money. Will stay again 100%

We stayed in a room above the bar which was noisy till 12.

Generally the room and bed were fine

The toilet required a good scrub. Both the pan and toilet seat, and exposed pipes required deep clean. The stainless steel bins also let the room and en-suite down - a good clean to remove stains. Would make all the difference to the experience.

Great location and a proper boozer with rooms above done well! Amazing brekkie, Haggis was exceptional 😍

What a great hotel in peebles,the best hotel there the food and accommodation was wonderful and the staff were amazing very knowledgeable and nothing was a problem the breakfast was so well cooked and presented I would give a mitchelin star but Emma blamed the chef for forgetting my egg ,only kidding, you are all a great team and a credit to what you do in peebles, thank you all

Location lovely

Amazing, I was there with my 14 yr old son and his two friends we were MTBing at nearby Glentress. From the moment we arrived everything was incredible. Chris gave us access to his own garage to store the bikes overnight (5 minute walk from hotel). The apartment had a communal living area then a bedroom with 3 singles for the lads and a double for me, perfect set up. Location could not be better, right in the centre of town. Parking is free right outside hotel. Proper fry up in the morning, everyone very helpful and friendly. I will not stay anywhere else when i return

Very nice and accommodating staff, they found a safe storage for my bike, location spot on high street, convenience of having a restaurant, breakfast
