Lovely hotel. Perfect spot on high street. Clean comfortable rooms. Staff lovely very pleasant and helpful. Food delicious both in bar and restaurant. Best place to stay in Peebles.

"A good old fashioned independently owned and run hotel doing all the basics very well."

The food in the Restaurant was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Book early I would advise, seems very popular with the locals. Breakfast also good. Room 4 was very spacious, clean and welcoming. Bathroom warm and shower very good.

The double bed mattress was a little uncomfortable with the odd spring interrupting sleep …

Comfortable bed, clean room, great shower. The staff kindly put our meal in the oven to keep warm for late arrival. Good food and relaxed atmosphere.

The pub customers and staff were most welcoming. Hearty home style food as well.

Only on street parking but on a Wednesday night in April it was fine.

"A fabulous hotel in the middle of town N"

It's in the perfect spot for me when I visit my family. All staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and warm. Fabulous breakfast, served with a smile!
