"Pleasant stay but not worth the money."

Breakfast average at best. Egges overcooked almost rubbery and everything fried in day old oil. Room smelled of mold -the worst.

Location and the excellent quality of staff.

"Great location on the beach but disappointed in the food and property up keep"

The location right on the beach was great! It is a dark (black) sand beach, we guess that is due to the volcanic rocks? We were able to go for long walks on the beach and the water was warm and it is on a protected bay area so it was calm, but too windy to paddleboard. Our second room was nice and clean and had a large shower area with only a rain shower showerhead, but also a separate stand alone tub. I did get a 60 minute massage with Paola at the spa and it was wonderful and very thorough!

Our first room had a mildew/mold smell and the tankless hot water heater tripped during my husband's shower and he had to rinse off in cold water. That first night, we were moved due to the mold smell to another similar room on the back side of the property. This room was better but you can smell weed at all times (strange) on the walk around to our room and the board walk had boards popped up that you had to be careful not to trip on. Also the room was plenty big but only had one simple desk chair where our first room had a couch. It would be nice to have a nicer side chair at least added to this room. Also, the free breakfast was ok. We don't drink coffee or tea and the only juice provided was watermelon juice, which we didn't like. Our other hotels all had orange juice and mixed juice like Pineapple-banana, etc.

"Super hotel, on reviendra"

Meilleur emplacement possible, proche restaurants et centrale pour toutes les plages a visiter. L’extérieur est sublime avec sa piscine et vue plage!

On nous a donné une chambre sans fenêtre sur extérieur et avec une odeur d humidité +++. Heureusement on nous a changé de chambre car autant dire que la ´vue jardin’ etait pas la🧐
