Bahia del Sol Beach front Boutique Hotel

La localización del hotel es perfecta, enfrentado completamente al mar. Desde el restaurante, piscina, y recepción, se ve el mar. La habitación es enorme, y para una familia, perfecto, con cocina incluida. El personal del hotel es muy amable y cercano, en todo momento hacen que tu estancia sea cómoda. El sitio es perfecto para descansar.

El desayuno es poco variado, no tiene buffet. El restaurante tiene poca variedad y tiene un precio elevado. Hecho de menos que en recepción ofrezcan alguna excursión o servicio de buceo o algo así, porque la zona es tan tranquila que no hay mucho que hacer.

El personal es muy atento y colaborador.

Los aires acondicionados necesitan mantenimiento preventivo para evitar las fallas que experimentan con goteo dentro de la habitación o el no funcionmaniento.

El hotel es muy cómodo y funcional para ir en familia

La atención del restaurante súper bien, salvo un día que había mucha gente, creo que se les complicó en la cocina.

Really enjoyed having excellent quality food/restaurants on site with included brkfst. Loved the ambiance and landscape of the hotel grounds. Great location and staff was friendly/professional. We prefer boutique style hotels for the uniqueness and less busy so this was perfect for us. A great stay overall!

Pool was a littl smaller than anticipated. The rooms may need a little updating. The photos online reflect as if they are in better shape and nicer than actual. However, it served our needs perfectly. Would still stay there again since it had the option for 2 rooms w/ kitchen and overall experience.

Food was good, rooms were clean, easy access to quiet beach

The pictures are completely accurate and you have a wonderful view of the sunset. Common areas, restaurants, staff are all fantastic. The food was very tasty, and be sure to ask for their hot sauce/salsa picante as it's the perfect mix of flavor and heat. This really is a wonderful place to visit outside and spend some time in the sun, in the pool, and in the ocean. Security on site, staffed 24 hours a day, free parking inside a gate/private area is a big plus.

The rooms do not have deadbolts and our door handle felt very flimsy. It worked, but I didn't feel very safe. The doors also didn't have a barrier/sweep on the bottom, meaning it had a gap for bugs to get in. We consistently had ants on the floor and walls, as well as flying ants buzzing around us in the room visible every night. Everything in the room felt dirty, there were bug smears on the walls and the sofa looked stained and not something to sit on or even put clothes on. We didn't want to set anything on the ground (luggage/backpacks/shoes) because of the ants/bugs. There was an ant crawling in our bed on the left night we were there and it wasn't uncommon to wake up itchy and bitten. Unfortunately, we were actually looking forward to checkout because the room was causing us so much stress. Yes, we asked to be moved, no we couldn't be moved. The hot tub area in the back was a rock garden that wasn't maintained, and the tub itself was dirty and looked very sad. In the end, this felt like a perfect place for a day pass type visit, or college students on spring break. Unfortunately it's not somewhere I would look forward to visiting again. Giving this 3 stars because the good was SO good otherwise this is an easy 1 star/avoid.
