The lady on Reception was really nice and friendly. The mattress was comfortable.

The pillows were horrible, the breakfast was so incredibly basic.

"Terrible our room was dirty with stains on the walls and floor"

Dirty penthouse suite , two singles bed doubled up when booked double room kept falling down gap between mattresses all night. Said breakfast include but only a continental breakfast available for an hour in the morning and restaurant was closed which was disappointing

Room was lovely and comfortable. Staff really friendly

Plates and cups washed up but left on draining board. Dining Room tables were not wiped clean.

"Convenient location for my needs but not relaxing or peaceful at all"

Location convenient

Bed was squeaky and uncomfortable, needs replacing. Very loud noisy guests till early hours of the morning, talking outside of hotel building in courtyard and inside hotel hallways between 12am to 3.30am. Slamming hotel room doors. Room situated near an entry door that is not soft closing and frequently used by other hotel guests. Shower temperature dial broken, could not adjust temperature to a cooler setting.
