Location of the hotel.

- Prior to my arrival, I wrote several messages via booking.com and also sent them an email. Till now, I haven't received a response from the hotel. - when reach the hotel, there was no conceriage staffs outside to offer luggage assistance. My sister and I arrived 2 huge suitcases and went inside the lobby. Even though the conceriage counter was right next to the main entrance with few staffs standing behind counter. There was no greetings, or any help offered from them. Only thing they did was Just Looking. - Expected a quick check in especially after a long flight. But had to wait for a bit which made me exhausted. - check in process was off standard. Staff didn't even bother to say welcome to our hotel xxx. He didn't confirm my reservation details, didn't clarify if breakfast is included etc. I mentioned to him that I would like to pay for the room charge right away, as I'm leaving early in the morning the next day. However the staff refused and asked me to pay upon check out. - conceriage was awful. Simply awful. Not sure if they are being hired to chit-chat behind the counter. They wasn't helpful and pretty Rude. - toilet was blocked since we checked in.

The location was the highlight of this property. Located in the centre of all reachable touristic spots.

Good Coffee, Traveling from the hotel to tourist attractions is very convenient.

Smoking smell.

Friendly staff and being upgrading and recognized as IHG member. Excellent location.

The hotel, including the rooms were supposed to be non-smoking but all rooms reeked with smoke smell, which made it very uncomfortable. Also, sofas had stains and rooms are in urgent need for renovation and furniture need modernization.
