The hotel got a very good location.

for the IHG member you can’t reserve the table for breakfast. sometimes you can’t get a table, it’s a fully occupied.

Very comfortable, booked a larger suite and wasn't disappointed. Had sea view and was a wonderful vantage point to watch the light show.

Very little to dislike, the spa service wasn't available on the night we stayed but that is a minor issue.

Location was central enough and accessible to many amenities.

Gym was good, breakfast ok

The staff were kind and the breakfast was good. The room condition and the view are good. And a reasonable price.

The room is a little cold, and the pool is small and old.

Very clean and comfortable room. Well equipped with all basic amenities.

Great location, great service too

Executive lounge needs to reopen, I've stayed in many executive club suites, being able to sit on a comfortable couch at any time of the day is very relaxing with coffee etc - a restaurant isn't the same, although still very nice staff and food!

Great hotel in an ideal location for a visit to QIngdao. The suite was very roomy and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

The interior is a bit dated and could use updating, but not a huge negative. Breakfast had a lot of options but was fair, at best.
