Great location, high-class feeling.

Unreliable WiFi.

I can recommend it to anyone who wants to play in Susukino. Reasonably priced and located only a 15 minute walk to the downtown Susukino area. Clean and well air-conditioned. Easy access from Nakajima Koen Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway, which is only a 5-minute walk away.

I was a little disappointed that there was no soup for breakfast. I would have been happy if they had instant miso soup or other soups.

Next to Nakagima koen, affordable room rates with free breakfast.

There were stains on bath towel. Very simple breakfast spread - did not have scrambled eggs when instruction paper said that there will be.

Staff didn't speak English but they tried their best to help when we needed to see a doctor. For a business hotel, we expected that they'd be better prepared for situations like this, e.g. already have a list of English speaking doctors so we don't have to ring around to multiple clinics. Facilities were a bit old but clean. Location was close to the park but a bit far from the centre.

Close to the train station, and the staff were friendly.

The room was very unclean. There were many patches of mould in the bathroom (in the shower, on the roof and on the door) that could have easily been wiped away. The base of the mattress was filthy and stained and the windowsills were black with grime. The walls were thin, you could hear people talking in the other rooms, people’s alarm clocks and there were constant ticking and buzzing sounds in the room.

The elevator was very violent. The breakfast wasn't the best.
