"Would recommend when visiting Sapporo"

Staff so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but extremely sufficient. The bedrooms are mostly refurbished with some old features. The bathroom dated. But between both rooms exceptionally clean and everything worked just fine so this hasn't put me off in any way. Slippers and amenities available. I believe there is free tea and coffee during the day. Good location next to subway station.

Stayed one night during a very busy weekend so it was expensive for what I got. During a normal week or weekend I wouldn't be happy to pay as much. Nothing else to comment really, it was great overall.

staff - friendly and accommodating, room was updated and comfortable, dedicated area for bike parking in garage

breakfast was ok, but they ran out of meat and eggs…no substitutes
