Olas Permanentes El Zonte

La playa es muy bonita.

El hotel tiene muchas restricciones y su personal no da soluciones ante las distintas problemáticas que se presentan. El día que fuimos hubo tormenta, se fue la luz y querían que nos quedaramos en la habitación sin aire, no había agua, la piscina es super pequeña y solo se puede entrar hasta las 7pm, la cocina del restaurante cierra a las 7:40pm también, si quieres salir a comer y regresar, nadie te abre el portón, tu mismo debes notificarle a un "vigilante" el cual no existe porque ya en la noche que salimos no se queda nadie en el lugar, solo 1 empleado y los huéspedes.

Great location in front of the beach in a very laid back setting. Also love the classic style.

AC was right on top of the bed which made it overly cold.

Se fue el agua a las 10:00 pm las dos noches que estuve, nadie avisó, nadie se disculpó, nadie siquiera lo comentó. La habitación 4 está al lado de la piscina y durante las mañanas cuando la limpian golpean mucho la pared y el techo de la habitación. Llega demasiada gente a pasar el día y eso afecta la comodidad del huésped. NO PIDAS LIMÓN EXTRA PARA TU COMIDA PORQUE TE LO COBRARÁN

Wasn’t clean and never cleaned the room in 4 days stay even when I asked for it more than twice.

This place is run with love, every single employee runs around to keep you hydrated, fed and happy, the owner and management work tirelessly to keep you happy, the food is amazing and its location is insane, so close to the beach, they have surf instructors who will give you helpful advice even if your not a client, I would seriously take any bad reviews with a pinch of salt, already booked up for another 4 weeks, the price is absolutely reasonable, don’t miss out on a top notch hotel in the heart of el Zonte. Can’t thank them enough for everything they did.

Everything, nothing was too much they work tirelessly for your enjoyment, oh and it’s completely silent by 21:00.
