Cleanliness and location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There did not seem to be enough staff. Bar staff one minute next carving meat as the chef without changing aprons! Dirty plates stacked on on the table by the entrance to the restaurant area. Drinks machine empty but not fixed.

The bed was really comfortable breakfast was good. Great for parking and a bus stop outside hotel so easy access into Windsor.

The rooms are a bit tired just need a bit of a refurb but it was still comfortable and didn’t put us off.

The location is excellent for the Royal Windsor horse show and everything is available on the premises.

The price for the room had doubled since last year without any obvious improvements made to support this increase.

The room was very clean and comfortable with luxury toiletries and high quality towels The staff were exceptional

Overall it was great; a couple tweeks and it would have been perfect… the local transport was perfect; just outside property; easy to get to Windsor

Ths shower in our room had droop so we had to balance it to use. We had room downstairs by kitchen; I think; so it was noisy at times.

Beds comfortable, room very quiet. But the door was not lockable....Nice staff.

After a long drive we had booked the carvery to eat as we were staying overnight on the premises. Our time slot was 19.50. We arrived at 19.20 to an almost empty restaurant to be told our table wasn't ready. We were taken to our table and went up to the carvery to be greeted with a very lonesome small piece of pork and a bare carcass....No gammon, beef or turkey and we were told there was no more! Also, the vegetable counter was a mess. We spoke to the lady who seated us, and she went to speak to the kitchen and said she had told them to get a joint of beef out, which came out after a few minutes . If the restaurant takes bookings, they should make sure there is enough food. Eventually, we plated our food. Sadly, it was barely warm. Overall experience very bad. The overall score we have given was for the room only.... if it was for the carvery, it would be far less.

Was perfect for what we needed. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Having carvery right there helped too.
