Trying to find a hotel last minute in Windsor, with parking, near Windsor Castle that was reasonably priced had proved very challenging. When we moved out a little further to Old Windsor, we were pleasantly surprised with the Toby Carvery Old Windsor. It was very reasonably priced, and being a pub had extensive parking with security cameras. The rooms were all on one level so no stairs to manage with suitcases. A decent buffet breakfast was included, and we were able to have dinner there on the first night - traditional roast carved on the spot with Yorkshire pudding (also reasonably priced) and refillable soft drinks. The room was clean, and freshly decorated, with all the amenities we needed. There was a bus stop right out the front where the bus ran every half hour to Windsor Castle, very convenient as parking is not near the castle. We were flying out of Heathrow, which was only 20-30 min drive away. On the way there we drove right through the area where the Magna Carta was signed - you can see it from the road.

It didn't bother us, but you can hear the planes, as Heathrow is very close. This is to be expected from a hotel conveniently near the airport. We didn't lose any sleep.
