I asked for a bottom-floor room well in advance and this request was confirmed by email, (so I did not have to do stairs) , as I have a disability, and I was placed in a room where I had to negotiate several stairs with my bag.

I can say that I liked everything about this place. Nicely located with plenty of parking. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also nice, more like old glamour. Additional room was very handy. We had a huge oak tree outside the window and it was lovely to see it. The garden was beautiful, and I loved it so much. Would stay again.
