Very comfortable, soft bed and pillows. Good lighting in bathroom. Nice roomy bathroom. Liked the bathrobe. Reception staff very pleasant to deal with. Liked the free fruit. Liked the TV and access to Sky News. Liked snack bar at rear of hotel.

Room smelt a bit stuffy/smokey. Seemed smell coming from aircon in bathroom. Lighting in main room was poor. No breakfast available at hotel on site. A Continental Breakfast option would be good.

Location and very good value for money. Honesty bar was fabulous with free tea & coffee lots of snacks/wine/breakfast to buy. Also the garden is lovely with ample spots to sit out and enjoy the sunshine.

The bathroom in our room was ok, just a bit old and dated, original tiles painted over and wear and tear showing.

The styling is lovely and the location is great. The windows opened which was actually very pleasant (and helped with the smell).

The bathroom was rundown and, frankly, filthy. When prompted for review after 1 night, the bathroom was deep cleaned but not really that much better. My room had a funny smell.
