Beautiful pool and garden. We had the place to ourselves and it was lovely and quiet. The dogs there are very sweet and loved our children.

Amazing comfortable rooms and loved the swimmingpool. Also great location.

No mini bar / drink service, so we had to be mindful of having enough water in our room

No warm/hot water in the room, but it was no problem for us

Probably one of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka… the house is exquisite Everything has been thought of … a tuk tuk driver you can call to take you anywhere or take/drop off your laundry … a short walk to the fabulous The Kip … or to the beach … very cheap ride to the centre of Ahangama … I could very happily base myself here for a few weeks … We loved the dogs that live in the house … tea, coffee and water available all day, a fabulous fruit bowl and curd in the fridge … and fine to buy your own wine/beer and put in the fridge … we met some wonderful people here and enjoy nether company and shared experiences of Sri Lanka …

There was nothing to dislike …. Everything was so perfect … even the occasional train sounding its horn!

The perfect place to end our holiday in Sri Lanka. Location is perfect, within really pretty roads of ahangama yet very close to restaurants etc. The whole property is decorated in such a lovely way it was the nicest place we stayed across our whole trip - have already recommended to lots of friends. Can’t wait to go back one day.

We stayed for three weeks and absolutely loved it. So peaceful in the grounds with the lush garden and pool, the team keep everything spotless all day and are available to help with most things. The breakfast is amazing, loved the walk through the jungle. The owners and team have done very a fantastic job. Felt like home.

Breakfast (albeit very good) is at a different property which you have to drive/walk to (15 mins on the main road). The place is so beautiful so it would be nice/more welcoming to have breakfast/staff there for the price asked.

Immaculate property, beautifully designed with an exceptional level of comfort. Set in lush gardens with a pool.

Would have been nice to have the option of breakfast being served at the property. The tiles on the pool to get in are very slippery.
