Hotel Riviera

The staff are fabulous, very customer focussed and welcoming.

Sadly my bed was far too squishy but otherwise the room was lovely.

Very comfy beds that smelt very clean, very clean room , staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble .

We had to pay for parking but it was worth it. No late bar

The location was great, on the seafront. It was quiet and comfortable. Staff were helpful. The patio was nice to sit and look at the sea. Was there for the Jazz Festival so this hotel was a good choice.

The breakfast was quite expensive, so I didn't have it. The room was fine without A/C but as it got hot while there, I can expect the room to become quite hot when weather is warmer.

Great location, helpful staff that surprised us with an upgrade to a sea view room, spotless clean room.

Nothing serious, but it took us 20 minutes to get hot water in the shower and then the water pressure was very low :) apart from that, everything was great.

We got upgraded to a lovely sea view room free of charge. Perfect location.

The hotel and room are outdated and could do with a refurbishment. The room was not ready at check in time which was very disappointing. The mattresses extremely soft

The staff were helpful, kind and professional. Food was excellent. Terrace was lovely, posittion of hotel is perfect as I have mobility issues. Car was taken and parked then brought back for loading. Help with luggage. I liked, everything!

My stay was too short. Lol
