"A perfect place to stay, we could not have been happier, great walks with the dog as well!"

The breakfast was fantastic! Well cooked and plentiful. We ate it a lovely side room with a warm fire. Good service.

The pub was quiet when we arrived and the atmosphere was a little lacking. Maybe because it was empty and it was early January and cold outside!

Nicholas (in a gruff English gentleman sort of way), Dominique and the rest of the staff were great. Location is great for walks in the countryside.

Not a fault of the venue but we realised that it would be good to have a sofa as otherwise you are really just able to use the bed.
