Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und kommen sicher wieder. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Wirklich absolut jeder auf dem Team war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten außerdem die Möglichkeit KATE, ein kleines neues Elektro Cart, zu mieten und damit die kleinen Dörfer in der Umgebung zu erkunden - das war ein absolutes Highlight und würden wir jedem empfehlen. Auch das Essen und der Service in der la Bergerie waren einfach nur herrlich.

La Bergerie restaurant was great for breakfast. The value for money was not there for the dinner. But the setting of the restaurant is beautiful and the staff was fantastic.

Tesisin kendisi inanılmaz güzeldi, Bonnieux köyüne bakan bir konumda yemyeşil arazi içinde muhteşem taş binalar ve zevkle döşenmiş odalar şahaneydi. Çalışanlar hep güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Odalar çok temizdi, olanakları ve oda büyüklüğü gayet yeterliydi. Otel dolu olmasına rağmen sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortam sunabiliyordu. İki tane havuz olması da havuza girmek isteyenlerin açıkta kalmaması için olanak sağlıyordu.

Kahvaltısında daha fazla peynir ve sıcak çeşidi olabilirdi. Böyle güzel bir otelden çok daha çeşitli ve lezzetli bir kahvaltı sunmasını beklerdim. Bir de Bergeire cafedeki yemekler çok lezzetli olsa da orada da menü çeşitliliği çok azdı, öğlen ve akşam orda yemek istesek 2 gün içinde yiyebilecek seçeneklerimiz biterdi. Menüsü geliştirilebilir.

The property is truly beautiful, set in a charming and peaceful natural environment. The grounds are very well maintained and the overall atmosphere is elegant and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, with a varied selection of high-quality, genuine products.

Unfortunately, the service did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. Upon arrival, our reservation had been registered under another guest’s name. Although this was partially corrected, I was still addressed by the wrong name throughout the stay despite having pointed it out. On my birthday, there was no acknowledgement at all, not even a small note, which is something I have usually experienced in other five-star hotels. That same evening, we had booked dinner at La Bergerie, but the reservation had not been recorded, so we had to wait around 45 minutes for a table. The following morning, we asked a staff member for information and were told they would get back to us shortly, but no one followed up. We asked another colleague and the same thing happened. The evening before check-out, we received a message asking for feedback to help improve the stay, so we shared these points. However, at check-out, no mention was made of the feedback at all. The staff were generally kind and pleasant, but the service often felt disorganised, inefficient and lacking in follow-through, especially at La Bergerie. Capelongue is a beautiful property with great potential, but the level of service needs significant improvement to match its luxury positioning and pricing.
