"Un lieu très beau et apaisant, du personnel souriant et aux petits soins, dans une ambiance "simple""

L'emplacement, sur les hauteur de Bonnieux est magnifique. Le restaurant La Bergerie, sa terrasse et son personnel était top.

Les chambres étaient "faites" souvent en fin d'après-midi. C'était un peu bizarre mais rien de majeur.

Cadre idéal. Très bon restaurant

Demande de changement de chambre. La numéro 700 ressemble à une cave...aucune réponse à cette demande, le personnel de l'accueil est resté muet!!! Très dommageable pour un établissement de ce standing.

L’emplacement dans la région Les extérieurs, la vue La décoration générale La sympathie du staff Le night service appréciable Le petit déjeuner très bon

Ménage a améliorer (verres de la salle de bains usagés à notre arrivée, ménage quotidien tardif après 16h ou trop tôt pendant le petit déjeuner) Des petits détails qui font la différence : Traces de poussière sur les meubles visibles lorsque l’on est assis dans un fauteuil, traces de calcaire dans les verres, de savon sur les carreaux … Aussi manque de passages autour des piscines pour enlever les verres et serviettes usagées.

"2 jours de bonheur total dans un lieu magnifique au milieu de la nature"

Cet endroit est tout simplement merveilleux , un service au top , de l espace, tout est décoré avec goût , le jardin est magnifique les piscines aussi.

Le seul Défaut , dans la chambre on ne peut pas faire la Nuit totale . Pas pu fermer le volet de la petite fenêtre
