Capelongue, a Beaumier hotel & Spa

Bad service for a 5-star hotel. Had to do multiple follow-ups for my requests, even asking for water takes forever. Arranged a private olive oil and wine tasting tour, the guide just casually brought us to the store without proper seating, explanation, and the curated experience was just not there. The hotel really gave a bad service. Too bad, I saw the samw bad google reviews on my last day.

Bugs and insects in room, No AC in the restaurant

Poorly trained staff for a 5 star hotel. Frustrating that they do not seem to understand we have 4 people staying in the 2 bedroom suite. Room not up to standard. Infested with ants Room service food expensive and not well cooked. Last but not least, room was very warm. Yes there is a heat wave but it’s unacceptable that the Aircon cannot cope. We’re in another resort at 1/5 the cost and do not face these issues. For the price of the suite , the service and quality is extremely disappointing.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und kommen sicher wieder. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Wirklich absolut jeder auf dem Team war freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten außerdem die Möglichkeit KATE, ein kleines neues Elektro Cart, zu mieten und damit die kleinen Dörfer in der Umgebung zu erkunden - das war ein absolutes Highlight und würden wir jedem empfehlen. Auch das Essen und der Service in der la Bergerie waren einfach nur herrlich.
