Just tried to book a room at this hotel and have received such a rude response when enquiring about accessible rooms. There is a way to talk to potential customers and this person Ness clearly does not know how to. Disabled guests AVOID at all costs !!!

Breakfast, which I thought was provided was only left in fridge on first morning. Nothing on second which was a bit confusing as I assumed it was bed and breakfast.
