It’s just like in the photos! We only were there one night but it’s one of the cutest most unusual photogenic places I’ve ever stayed at. The attention to detail was outstanding. The young man who runs it is also the creative mind behind all of it including how the windows open, The cool front gate and the design of the buildings. He is a top shelf young man who,definitely makes his mother proud. And his mum is one seriously great cook. We had our meal in our courtyard with our mates who stayed next door and wow! Has anyone got an extra stomach I can borrow ? If you are an instagrammer or on your honeymoon or you like tranquility or, like me, you like to stay in unusual places then Igabarra Hobbit House in not to be missed. I’m crap at taking photos but the ones you see on booking .com or their website are not photoshopped to look better. It’s just a magical place. Also had super clean bathroom, vanity kits, tooth brushes, hair dryer, fridge with cold drinks , complimentary snacks the place is 5 star! And if you want to go for a swim the beach is walkable distance away although you can get a tuk tuk too. I’ll add more photos when I find them but mine suck. Just look at all the other ones and book your stay.

I think the only thing wrong would be if you didn’t go there cos I would feel,sad for you misssing out on staying in such delightfully creative stunning spot with fantastic food and hospitality!

Ons verblijf was heerlijk! We hebben enorm genoten! Het heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen qua faciliteiten, service en beleving.

Een echt romantisch hobbithuisje van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigen privétuin met ontbijt plekje. En wat voor een ontbijt! Zeer uitgebreid! Varaan, eekhoorntjes en apen komen op bezoek. Op loopafstand van rekawa turtle sanctuary (beach), om in het donker onder begeleiding op zoek te gaan naar de schildpadden. Met restaurantjes op de route. En zeer goed geïnformeerd door de eigenaar via WhatsApp, als je iets nodig had, hoefde je het maar te vragen. Inclusief goede excursies die hij regelt (wij deden kayaking op de blue lagoon, en boottocht met gids bij Kalamatyia bird sanctuary).

Der Besitzer und seine Familie waren unglaublich freundlich und sehr fürsorglich. Die Poolvilla war wunderschön idyllisch und es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Frühstück und Abendessen im eigenen Gartenpavillion übertraf alles. Die Lage an sich war nicht gerade perfekt, aber nicht weit weg gab es einen Strand mit Schildkröten und Restaurants. Wir haben auch vom Besitzer viele Aktivitäten empfohlen bekommen. Wir würden es jedem weiter empfehlen, denn wir reisen schon seit über 10 Jahren und das war eines der schönsten Hotels in dem wir jeh waren.

The houses are gorgeous! They have every mod con. Your own little outside area with dining room, hammock and another seating area. There is also a new one being finished now that has its own plunge pool which would’ve made this a 10/10 for us if it had been available. The owner Hirushan is beyond helpful, sending all sorts of info to us about the accommodation and surrounding area. It’s 5 mins from the turtle watch at Rekawa beach too. The breakfast was lovely and to top it off they decorated our room as it was our 20th wedding anniversary while we were there!

Wir wurden sehr aufmerksam und liebevoll vom gesamten Personal betreut. Das Häuschen ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und sehr sauber.
