The staff was courteous

Their toilets were not well placed and did not have any space to properly sit. Their food was just okay and the bedrooms were more like matchbox.

Excellent staff, polite and helpful. Very aesthetic rooms. Clean and tidy. Great breakfast spread, representative of culture of India. Will be by go to place whenever I visit Varanasi

Nothing in particular. Just a suggestion - please add hand railings to steps to cafe and in entry etc. For senior citizens

"Better you book double tree or radisson at same price point."

Almost nothing accept the location.

Food is horrible. They charge 800/plate for a buffet which isn’t worth 100 rupees
