The location was nice.

They had a funny system of beds and they had a funny system for the restaurant unless you were with a lady they would not serve you alcohol.

"DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY"

staff was decent

DIRTY. Unclean linen - with black spots, lipstick marks, food marks and even one blood stain. internet spotty at best. didn’t even have an iron when asked. this is not a hotel, just a shelter with 4 walls

location is good , away from the crowded places . in the Cantonment . Food is good . property is fairly clean

-poor service -Food takes more than an hour and half to come after order -restaurant staff barring one are grumpy - don’t seem to be liking the job !! -shower in the room hardly works - they forgot to add one meal to our bill and they deducted it from the restaurant staff ( who served us )salary and asked the staff to call us and ask us for the money . I called the manager and told him that this behaviour is unacceptable and asked him to send me an email with the bill and when I got the email I paid the hotel . Penalising the staff for their inefficiency reflects very poorly on the management ( when we signed the bill and the billl is computerised !! how they missed !!it cannot be fault of the staff !)
