We had booked Superior Delux Room but were given a smaller room and the staff misguided by saying that's the room we booked. But after a bit of argument they changed us to the actual room we booked. But during the checkout they charged us for the Superior Delux room for all the 3 nights we stayed. The staff was arrogant not to admit their mistake. Was expecting some courtesy in atleast charging us for the actual room rent for the first night stay, which was a smaller room. Nevertheless it was totally an unprofessional way of handling a customer. I had to show them the online pictures of the room I had booked to prove that they were not allowing me the right room. Pathetic Customer Centricity. Food - Not recommended at all..Better to eat outside....

Rooms are smelly . Breakfast spread is very average . Can't make a proper omlette

There is a pathetic service from the hotel staff. Even they don’t know how talk to guest, every time they argued , not ready to listen our problem , very egotistical person. Don’t go here this is a totally waste of money.

There is nothing here to like once you had first and last Bad impression by the hotel staff.
