Nothing, some staff is ok, but some of the staff is very rude, they just don’t know how to talk

They are charging almost double the price it's worth for. Basic amenities were missing. Staff is not attentive. We had spent Rs 60000 for 3 days. (Booked 2 rooms: 1 for parents, while other one for self) We were travelling from US. Did n't realize that this hotel would not even have arrangements to provide hot water for bath etc. We all fell sick as we could n't take bath for 3 days, due to limited availability of hot water (Geysers were not operating). This hotel is highly overpriced, and I urge booling.com to help recover half of the cost and credit the amount back to our credit card. I am willing to talk to Managment in this regard. I will be escalating the matter, if my grievances are not addressed by concerned authorities Thanks Sheelu Bhatnagar, San Diego California USA.

Location is good. Staff are helpful and understanding.

The rooms. One room didn’t have any window. The other room has small window. It could be claustrophobic if one has to stay in the room without window.

Good breakfast

They seem to be overbooked & gave me a smaller room that needed fixing. I had paid for the bigger room
