Very friendly staff

Lack of hot water

We didn’t stay there but money was refunded the next day

When we arrived we was told our room was actually flooded

Hallway and stairs, very smelly of dog wet dog the room left a lot to be desired although the bed was clean the heating was turned off at night though and the host was very nice

Did not have breakfast, the location

It wants a lot of money spending on the place, shame because the location is greatjonh was a good host

Good location Pleasant host

Rooms were small especially the quadruple family room, top floor with a sloped ceiling not good if your over 5 ft We had 3 rooms for a group of 7 decor is dated and not cleanest of hotels. Shower in room 1 'deluxe double' was also small, the shower was running cold and the window handle was not working so cold over night as unable to close the window Please note that this hotel is not disabled friendly pets are allowed but at a cost of £10.

The place was filthy it was freezing could not close the window the bedroom carpet was filthy
