Booked a twin room with 2 single beds as was with friends when got there got given a room with one double beds went down asked for a bigger room with 2 beds said yes then give us a room with another double beds

The place it was

Thought i was booked a deluxe room, couldn't get passed my husband to move in the room, the paper on the bathroom was coming off the walls, went to have a shower water was cold
