Location to our venue,north pier 200yards,Ozzie couldn't have done more,free upgrade to larger room,found us a parking space on front of b&b perfect for my disabled partner,breakfast was superb,Thankyou Ozzie.

The communication before the visit was useful. The photos on booking.com were representative of what the rooms looked like. The welcome from the staff member was really friendly and he was very helpful and polite. The room itself was really clean, bed was comfortable. Included towels, fully stocked tea and coffee, toilet rolls and hand wash. (Have stayed in B&Bs before that didn’t include these!) Dining area was lovely, the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely use again. Separate car park across the road with reasonable parking fees was super convenient.

"Overpriced,looked good online , in reality,not so good"

Location is ok

First impressions are the carpets look very dirty and old and the place needs a real good clean and mordernised.the room was clean though !
