close to the sea.

unfortunately I wouldn't give this hotel 5 stars. max 3. if I knew I would have chosen something else. so-so clean and so-so

"Babylon 5*"

Lovely staff, the young lad was lovely and couldn't do enough to help.... he made an amazing breakfast too. The outside looked slightly dated but it shouldn't put you off... it was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. We had a family room and all the beds were comfy and my family slept well.

"Perfect in every way."

The breakfast was a perfect full English each day. The hotel was clean and tidy and very comfortable. I have no complaints.

I couldn't find any faults.

The young man who was working was very kind and professional. Breakfast was also lovely so can't fault it. Room was clean and had everything you need too.

Didn't realise till that evening the bulb had blown in bathroom and the TV had no signal and due to the amount of people logging on, netflix didn't work either. Loved the retro look but feel a slight modernisation could improve it a bit it hasn't put me off staying again.

Beautiful rooms, very clean and fabulous breakfast. Only 5 mins walk to North pier but very quiet so good night's sleep
