"No stay, bloodstained mattress put me off, horrible 😧"

Ok location, close to shops

Noticed disgusting bloodstained mattress upon arrival. Looked like menstrual blood smeared all over it. Could see it through the bottom sheet. Rang and messaged hotel staff - no reply. So I left and booked in at another hotel. Doubt I'll get my money back

Location

From the outside it looked horrible like it was shutdown. . Our bed didn’t have a bottom sheet on the matress springs were poking through very uncomfortable. No coffee in the room.

"Wouldn’t stay again. Price was cheap but still expect it to be clean"

For the price the location was good and the rooms were warm.

Cleanliness was very poor, toilet had dried wee down the outside, obvs never been cleaned.
