The only nice thing I can say about the place was the guy on reception. The whole place needs gutting n re-doing. I definitely won't be re booking there

Great location, fantastic value for money. In need of attention/maintenance in bathroom area and linens. But very nice welcome, pool table on site. And more than happy to assist in finding parking. Would definitely return.

Bed Linens in need of replacing, was visibly clean but no longer white and towels had holes/rips. Bathroom needs maintenance and attention floor was lifting, shower door wouldn't close

Good sized rooms own bathroom, and great location.

Could have been bottles water for tea and more milk ect and coffee satchets.

"Absoloutley terrible no words to even describe the place"

Awful like a hostel. Scary for our children also. Was terrible and I have never ever been to a place like it. We up and left after 2 mins There was 8 of us on a trip for our kids dance awards.
