Absolutely nothing!

It was dirty! Linen was gross, carpet was gross! It was all disgusting! Not like the photos! We couldn’t stay here, it felt unsafe and very creepy! Not somewhere for a family to stay for sure! When we left we got told we were locked in and couldn’t leave! Luckily we wasn’t and we left!

The shit stain in the toilet bowl in our room. Could not contact the host even though we were told someone would be available. Room smelt. Bathroom was dirty. Bath towels were the size of a tea towel. No wifi. Could feel the bed springs in the mattress.

how it was dirty and unclean the carpets were dirty upon arrival the sheets on the bed were dirty and damp there was no lift or help with pushchairs the whole experience was disgustingly certainly isn’t worth the money we paid

The gentleman that greeted us was dead lovely, really friendly and kind.

The rooms were dirty, beds weren't clean or comfy, room smelled bad, bed made us itchy, room was half decorated and then they gave up, the whole hotel needs a good deep clean and full refresh it's not great.

It was ok but the staff need to be there to make sure everything ok didn’t see the manager much

Didn’t see the staff every day it was cold at night no heating the bedding was dirty
