Bathroom could be cleaner .

-Good central location. -Clean and owner went to extra effort to put coffee in the room for us. -Friendly staff. -Pool room

It was very dirty and smelly.

Room near ours had tv playing loud till 3 o'clock in the morning

The location was great for where we needed to be for our stay

The mattresses on the bed were awful the springs were sticking out so uncomfortable not much sleep was had

The hotel, is based in a fairly good location. Just off the front, so it wasn't too loud. But also not to far of a trek to get to all the main attractions. The guy did allow us to check in 2 hours earlier

The main guy who showed us around seemed alright. However when he showed us through to the bar and main sitting area there was another 3 member of staff in there. Two females and 1 other male, and the the male seemed like he had a few disabilities. The guy who was showing us around was speaking to him then turned around towards us and said orr i'll punch his f**king face in. Which we were a bit taken by, but also made the kids panic. We were showed our room. It seem ok, basic but we were happy for that as we chose a more basic budget friendly family room. We dropped our bags off. And went off for the day. We came back for 9.30pm. We had a game of pool. And then headed up to the room for 10.10pm The bathroom floor had a huge dip in it. And felt as if the floor could cave in. The flooring was also folding over near the shower. Which was a trip hazard. Me and partner didn't shower, as we were a bit afraid of the state of the floor. There were hairs in the sink. And 2 half used toilet rolls left for us to use. The bin in the toilet also had used sanitary products in. The bedding had holes in here and there. Then we tried to settle for bed. But once we got in, I was appalled from the state of the mattresses. The was not one single bounce, not one bit cushioned. It was as if they had been given the springs for a mattress and the hotel had put a sheet over it. We lay in bed and the mattress just flattened out to the divan base. Withing 5 minutes of laying down I could feel the springs digging into my hip. I struggle with a bad back from time to time. With trapped nerves and other things. And yesterday I was having a bad time with it. But I was feared that if I lay on this bed over night, there was no chace I'd be able to walk in the morning full stop. We pulled the duvet back and looked the mattress was in terrible condition. And had parts where it had collapsed. And the hotel had a folded up duvet over the top. Which made zero difference to this matter.

No staff on premises after check in to speak to, no hot water , cold shower and stayed 2 nights , toilet seat hanging off, toilet broken .. rubbish at rear of property
