Near Sinulog

NO HOT WATER!!!!! Old old Towels, To get to higher floors need to take 2 separate elevators, No 2nd key, No extra towels, downstairs restrooms dark dingy & down right dirty!

"A place to stay with lots of promise, always one step off the pace. The Staff really try's!"

Room was clean many things were good like the bed and pillows. Safe did not work and was not bolted to the cabinet (very un acceptable) The staff was very attentive and friendly and went out of their way to help

The Gym had lots of Old equipment, No Water, and Hot and Humid like workout in the Jungle (awful)
