Very friendly staff and homely feel about the hotel. Beautiful room and lovely breakfast and dinner.

The Shower was very unusual ? No shower curtains ? and the shower nozzle was on the wrong side for a tall person

Fun location between two lovely towns. Staff helpful, friendly and English speaking.

Dust and trash under furniture. Carpeting worn and stained. Loose door trim and broken soap dispenser.

The hotel was rated as a 4* but I didn't think it was 4* standard.

When we checked in, they didn't tell us all the hotel's conditions, they didn't tell us that the drinks in the minibar in the room are paid for, there was no shampoo for showering, there was no wifi in the room, there was no television because the antenna was damaged, the light in the room was terrible... there was no soap to wash your hands! The restaurant was also terrible, cold food at breakfast, hair in the food, tasteless sausages, it looked like food brought from the trash, this has been a complete scam for two days, unfortunately I made a reservation at HOTEL EUROPA in Komarno, but I accidentally booked for days in October and I wanted to go in August, UNFORTUNATELY I had to cancel and there were no more rooms available, but surely this hotel does not deserve 4 stars, at most it deserves 1 star and that is a lot. When checking out, the girl at reception spoke to me in a very inappropriate way, even insulting me for not wanting to pay €18 more... When checking in, they charged us €18 for drinking 3 cans of soda from the minibar. This is a real piece of rubbish of a hotel. I would like to get in touch with the owner or the manager of this hotel because the reception did not want to give me their number. Thank you very much for the scam of €262 for 2 days. I am super ANGRY!
