Great service from staff members, fantastic breakfast and delicious food. great location and very welcoming.

mattresses could have been better

Large room, comfy bed, large tv with nflix etc. Fairly good food in restaurant for dinner. Friendly staff. Quiet. Underground parking. Large bathtube.

Breakfast quite poor Interior (floor mats) a bit oldish. A bit too expensive for the standard, does not feel like 4star.

Very good experience for a family of 3 at the end of a fourth day’s cycling between Vienna and Budapest. Family room spacious and spotlessly clean. Could have benefitted from having more power sockets (insufficient for all bedside lamps). Otherwise great. Greatest surprise was the dinner in the hotel’s restaurant. Really tasty and above expectations. Excellent service on the outside terrace, which was resplendent with attractive plants, many in full flower (early June).

In Komárno for business when I stayed in this hotel. Very friendly staff which do not hesitate to think along and propose solutions. Rooms are clean and have what a business traveler needs. They also have a decent (free) Wifi internet connection available. TV channels do not include English spoken channels. Breakfast was good, with a variety things to choose from. For those who are interested, they can arrange for an airport pick-up/drop-off. (I came via Vienna International airport)

This hotel is just amazing, everyone was so nice, I loved having my morning coffee at the hotel lobby, what a perfect start of the day. it's 1minute walk from the Danube river and just across the bridge to Hungary. What a perfect location! I was curious about the hotel name and fun fact it means the Hell, so if you want to have a good story to tell to your friends it's a must visit haha!
